Management Game project is a feature of business education courses, at the Tepper School of Business in Carnegie Mellon University. Management Game is supported by an interactive computer simulation system, building a simulation of the dynamic competitive market environment, a number of MBA students from the world build the simulate companies in the Management Game Simulation, to product and sale, participate in simulated international market competition, learned from the integrated use of the management theory, combined with actual operating conditions, training and exercise management and operation of the student comprehensive ability. Simulate company’s management team consists of five participants, Chief Executive Officer CEO, Sales Director CMO, production director COO, chief financial officer CFO, through building the corporate strategy, and simulate the operating company production, sales, finance and other Tasks, and report to the simulate board and other activities to enhance participant business philosophy, management and teamwork levels.This article is actually based in Management Game activities, on the actual experience of the simulate operating of Dale International Watch Industry Co. Ltd., and worked as the COO, by the integrated use of management theory, business simulation. This article include six chapters:introduces the project and Dale Co. and Management Game project; describes the production strategic of management theory; analysis of internal and external environment before2007through a comprehensive, to develop Dale Co. in2007-2009production management objectives and strategies; Dale Co. production strategies execution, the actual implementation of the2007-2009, including the operation of each year, completion and production strategies changing during the year; comprehensive analysis the internal and external business environment of the end of2009, Dale Co. new production strategic of2010-2012and management objectives; Summary of experience in business simulation and feelings encountered in the simulated business problems and solutions, and recommendations on the Management Game activities.
