With the continuous development of market economy,enterprises are facing increasingly fierce market competition.Most enterprises have transformed management method from traditional to informationalized and intelligent so that they could achieve more efficient overall joint decision and more complicated management,besides,they have enhanced their management level and operational capability to improve the level and efficiency of operation and management.As far as those manufacturing enterprises are concerned,there exists closed relationship among production operation management level,efficiency and development,so it’s an important approach to promote production operation management level to deal with intense competition and modern development needs.Due to profound changes unseen in a century,the strategy of production operation management needs to be optimized and adjusted in time in order to advance continuous development.Based on this,combined with familiar information,this thesis briefly introduces the conception of production operation management,summarize and analyze the problems during production management including organizational structure,production planning management,quality management,and logistics management,and optimize the strategy of production operation management in JC Tractor Manufacturing Co.,LTD.Based on those problems that JC company has already discovered,the thesis analyzes the underlying reasons and puts forward the improvement scheme.In terms of organization structure,the thesis perfect work system and optimize enterprise administration.In terms of production,the thesis perfect production scheme,save resource cost,and improve production capacity.In terms of quality management,this thesis analyzes factors influencing the product quality in the production process from inside and outside,and improves product quality according to production process and personnel.By using “5S” management,the company improves production environment,regulates production,enhances personnel quality and sense of responsibility,and improve work efficiency and quality.In logistics management,company should strengthen the management of supply chain and save the cost of logistics.Optimizing production operation management system is of great importance to improve management level.It could strengthen the core competitiveness of enterprises and ensure that enterprises participate in market competition and gain the market share.
