In short, Supply chain management is optimized and improved supply chain activities.Brilliance Zhonghua Automobile Company belongs to the Brilliance Automobile Group Holdings Limited, is a company separated from Brilliance Jinbei Automobile Co., Ltd. that produces all the Zhonghua brand vehicles. At present, the company follows the former Jinbei’s supply chain management mode, but the times in progress, social development, supply chain management has been sounded, in particular the Brilliance and abroad famous automobile enterprise with Zhonghua automobile company into a global marketplace, international advanced supply chain management to Brilliance Zhonghua Automobile Company has brought a new vision.This thesis bases on the analysis of Brilliance Zhonghua Automobile Company supply chain management status and the problem.
