The Hanjiang ecological economic belt of Hubei province is not only an important part of the Yangtze River economic zone, but also an important water source area of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, which plays the role of 'running through the north and south, bearing the East and West'. Nowadays, the development of the Hanjiang ecological economic belt of Hubei Province has been promoted to a strategic position, which has aroused great attention from the government and people. However, there are many problems such as the uneven development of regional development and the large difference of spatial development in the Hanjiang ecological economic belt of Hubei Province. Therefore, how to promote the coordinated development of Hanjiang ecological economic belt, to achieve effective use of resources and improve the overall competitiveness of the economy is significant among all issue.Firstly, based on target layer, the system layer, the basic indicators, I focus on the construction of urban comprehensive development level evaluation system. It is necessary to use principal component analysis method to calculate the comprehensive development of the city's quality, and make a brief assessment of comprehensive development of the city, at the same time to make the foreshadowing for the measurement of comprehensive development of the cities' degree and urban gravitational strength analysis.Secondly, based on the modified gravitational model, the contact intensity of ten cities in the Hanjiang ecological economy belt of Hubei Province is analyzed. The tie intensity of ten cities is divided into four categories, namely, strongest connection, stronger contact, general contact, Weak link, pointing out that the current strength of the link among cities was inverted pyramid form. Then, the spatial difference and the law of spatial evolution of the coordinated development of the Hanjiang ecological economic zone in Hubei Province were analyzed by introducing the comprehensive coordination degree model. The main conclusions are as follows:On the whole, the imbalance of Hanjiang ecological economic belt in Hubei Province is prominent, and the spatial distribution is obvious. From the horizontal point of view, in 2015, for example, ten cities of Hanjiang ecological economic zone (forest areas) in Hubei province are mainly in the recession and transition to reconcile two categories. Among them, there are three cities of disorders recession class, there are seven cities of transition to reconcile class.Coordination of the highest degree of development of the city up to 0.7471, the lowest city to 0.3496,regional differences are so great. From the vertical point of view, the coordinated development of Hanjiang ecological economic belt of Hubei province can be divided into two stages: 2008-2011, Hanjiang ecological economic zone is in the reluctantly coordinated development (0.5-0.6), in 2009 year among them is a brief rise, 2012-2015,the ecological economic zone of Hanjiang of Hubei preovince in the primary coordination of development (0.6-0.7), by 2015 rise to 0.6988,and make a breakthrough of moderate coordination of the development. Although the level of coordinated development of the Hanjiang ecological economy belt of Hubei Province is on the rise, it is still in the transition zone by 2015 and has not yet reached the coordinated acceptable area.
