Pricing is one of the important problems for each enterprise, and it is particularly important in the closed-loop supply chain environment. The reason is that:firstly, the closed-loop supply chain is formed by some single company; secondly, pricing the recycling products is the problem of the closed-loop supply chain has to face; finally, a reasonable pricing is one of the key factors that affecting the development and operation of the closed-loop supply chain. At present, researches on the pricing of the closed-loop supply chain are most based on the assumptions that the New products and the Recycling products sold by the same price. But the consumers can easily distinguish new products and recycling products, because the law says the Recycling products should be labeled with recycling. This paper study the differential price strategy of the closed-loop supply chain in order to guide the household appliance makers that carry out closed-loop supply chain, to make the price in line with China’s national conditions.In this paper, based on the principal-agent theory and game theory, research the problems of differential pricing of closed-loop supply chain under information symmetric and asymmetric information respectively, and give the best differential pricing decisions for the closed-loop supply chain in the different informational condition. Information in different conditions for the closed-loop supply chain to provide the best differential pricing decisions. This article firstly study the problem of closed-loop supply chain pricing when information is symmetrical in the third chapter, and give the optimal pricing strategy under the centralized and decentralized decision-making, and using the revenue sharing contract to coordinate the loss of profits, In real life, the information of business cost is as trade secrets and usually confidential, so the information between enterprises are often asymmetric. Therefore, studies differential price strategy further in the fourth chapter when retailers and manufacturers has cost information superiority respectively, and first give the superiority false value of the information superiority, and gives manufacturers and retailers the optimal time differential pricing strategy on that basis. In the chapter five, compare the three kinds of unilateral asymmetric information with the symmetric information, and observe and analysis the impact on the differential pricing strategy and profits by the hidden information.
