Research On The Coordination In Closed-Loop Supply Chain

Closed-Loop Supply Chain Management is a trend in modern enterprises management, it is a new research area based on the conventional supply management. The hot research area for Closed-Loop Supply Chain Management is the coordination of the supply contract. Because of the double marginalization caused by the decentralized decision, the profit of the whole supply chain could not be maximized. Especially in the Closed-Loop Supply Chain, the nodes are more complex, the double marginalization is more outstanding. So, it is more important that how to coordinate the supply based on the supply contract.The main contributions of this article are as follows:First, we summarized the Closed-Loop Supply Chain Management by detailing related concepts, structures, origin, the contents, the hot research area and the focus fields in Closed-Loop Supply Chain Management.Second, on this basis, we introduced the contents about the supply contract, discussed the concepts of the supply contract. Then, we proved the need of the coordination based on the models.Third, aimed at the hot issues in supply chain management field, we researched the coordination of the Closed-Loop Supply Chain. After that, we knew that the conventional supply contract could not coordinate the Closed-Loop Supply Chain, we put forward a revenue-and-expense sharing contract to coordinate the closed-loop supply chain under the traditional revenue sharing contract and discussed the effect. Also, we proved that the contract could coordinate the supply via the numerical analysis. In the last chapter we summarized the whole article, indicated the shortcoming of this research and the main work area of further study on supply chain.
