Being faced with the market economy, talent is the promoter and practitioner of enterprise survival and development. Enterprise must use the incentive salary system, break equalitarianism and fully arise the staff creativity and passion,to promote the development of the enterprise. At present, how to attract and retain talent become the decisive factor of enterprise long-term survival and development. Scientific and reasonable compensation system is an efficient incentive mean as well as the main content of enterprise human resources management. It not only directly affects the economic benefits of enterprises, but also relates to the vital interests of all employees. A fair, reasonable and scientific compensation system, not only can attract a large number of talents for the enterprise, but also excite the work enthusiasms of staff, and improve enterprise overall business performance. In addition, the compensation system have a significant impact on employees work efficiency and quality, directly affect the staffs working enthusiasm and creativity. Therefore, the enterprise human resource management department should improve the compensation system as soon as possible, to make it more scientific and reasonable.This paper analyzes the current compensation management situation of Hunan RunBang bioengineering limited company, its compensation management exist the following problems:Compensation strategy and the five-year development strategy of enterprises out of sync;compensation management system design is arbitrary and its evidence is inadequate.; Job analysis and post evaluation,some basic part of compensation management,, need to be strengthened;compensation management system is not perfect, and the forms of compensation are too single;Post wages and performance wages are not harmonious;compensation structure is unreasonable, etc.Accordingly to these, this paper design Compensation management improvement plan of Hunan RunBang bioengineering limited company. The enterprise determines to follow up the compensation level and compensation structure with counterparts, files for staff salary grading,and adjusts employee salary by performance.There is some guarantee measure of the Compensation Management innovation,such as put forward the perfect performance appraisal system, establish a variety of communication channels and build incentive pay culture. Research results of this paper is the scientific and reasonable improvement of compensation management system in Hunan RunBang bioengineering limited company, it will become the driving force of the development,to retain backbone staff, attract advanced talents and promote the sound and fast development.of the enterprise.
