Research On Human Resource Structure Optimization Measures Of Hunan Nuclear Geology301Brigade

Abstract:After entering the21st century, human resources is gradually becoming the most important resource of modern enterprise. The management and development of human resources has become a determining factor for enterprise development. The allocation of human resource structure which is an important part of the human resource management chain. That, a reasonable human resource structure, is the indispensable condition for the effectiveness of human resources, meanwhile, is an important guarantee to achieve organizational goals. Hunan Nuclear Geology301Brigade,which is one of the public institution,blongs to Hunan Nuclear Geology.301Brigade is now in the special transition time from the planned economy system to the market economy system,and the human resources management of it transition from traditional personnel management to modern human resources management. In such a condition,the human resource structure,which is not enough reasonable for301Brigade, have become the bottleneck of the development of301Brigade and Hunan Nuclear Geology.Under this background, Fist of all,this paper summarized the domestic and international studies on human resource structure. Secondly,the thesis presents the theoretical foundation, which produced the theoretical of human resources, human resources management,the reasonable human resource structure,and so on.Thirdly, by using the method of literature research, mathematical statistics, questionnaire and interview, the thesis from the quality, efficiency and stability to fully and deeply analyzes the present situation of the human resource structure of301Brigade, and pointed out the problems and causes. The last but not lest,the thesis puts forward the optimized countermeasures and safeguards correspondingly to the problems of the the301Brigade’s human resource structure,which including quality,efficiency and stability.
