Management Game (MG), a global strategic management program, was developed with computer and network technology and run by Camegie Mellon University based on a platform of interactive simulation center. The program simulates a typical multinational competitive environment in which the companies operate their businesses involving strategy plan, production, marketing, finance etc. This paper focuses on America area marketing strategic plan of one company named First Corporation.First Corporation is a company operated by six 2004 EMBA students of the Northeast University. They are CEO, CMO of America area, CMO of Europe area, CMO of Asia area, COO and CFO, The author is the CMO of America area, and the two brands of wristwatch are Prominent & Elegant.First, the dissertation made the evaluation performance of First Corporation's marketing strategy in 2006-2008. Second, quantitative analysis models were built by excessive regress analysis with the company's historical data, thereby it is possible to analyse the behavior and the decision of competitors with a scientific way of decision-making for the company. Finally, some issues concerning strategy management and marketing strategy in the real situation were discussed base on the marketing strategy implementation of First Corporation.Author introduces the case of First Corporation's two brands of wristwatch in America area in the simulating operation environment of the Management Game. Through the experience in the management simulation and supervision of the board, we understood knowledge deeply, we know how to formulated our strategy to avoid risks by manager team cooperation.
