MG (Management Game) is a Management practice courses operating in an interactive simulation of the development of the Internet Management system developed by America’s Carnegie Mellon university (CMU). The interactive simulation operating system create the virtual market to a large number close to the reality of the data, and allow students in the system to carry out the continuous simulation operating practice for many years. MG courses at Northeastern University is based on the practical enterprise management project.AXitime co., LTD is one of a virtual company set up by Northeastern University for grade 2010 MBA students participating in MG course. This virtual company produces High-end product "Feel" and and low-end brand "Change", a management team consisting by five members respectively acting as CEO, COO, CFO, high-end brands CMO and low-end brands CMO. This company handling two brands wrist watches by the 5-member-team responsibling for the company’s production, marketing and finance management. In this paper, the author act as a financial vice President (CFO) in this company, responsible for the company’s overall financial strategy analysis planning, formulation, implementation and adjustment.This article first analyze the industrial environment relating the company’s financial strategic, with the help of the tool SWOT matrix analysis to summarize the company’s development environment and financial conditions, to formulate the company’s financial goals, considering the company’s overall development strategic to finalize the company’s financial strategy. Next introduce the situations of the company financial strategies performance for the year of 2012-2014, including financing strategy, investment strategy, dividend distribution strategy, etc.. According to the operating results for the years of 2012-2014, combined with the company’s overall strategic adjustment, to adjust the company financial strategy accordingly. In addition, to perform the risk control for performing financial strategy during this process. Finally through the analysis of financial reports, the operating results comparison, summed up the company financial strategy’s effect, then present financial strategy how to provide a valid resources for the company overall strategy implementation of conclusion.This article first briefly introduces the company aXitime, then analyze the three years simulation results. Combined with the company’s overall strategy, introduces the company’s financial strategy formulation, implementation, and financial strategy according to the results of the company’s business has carried on the adjustment and improvement.Finally is the simulation operation of personal experience and Suggestions.
