Tarim petroleum transport company is set transport, repair, oil recovery technologyservices, oilfield production technical services, logistics, trade, logistics base for the integratedtransport service enterprises. Currently a small number of enterprise equipment management,management methods and means are relatively backward, how can the limited human,financial and material resources, the equipment for efficient, high-quality, low-costmanagement to ensure that the various activities of normal daily production, continuingoperations of the unit currently is an urgent need to solve the problem, but also the existingequipment of the unit managers are facing problems. Transportation is the main business ofthe Tarim petroleum transport company, vehicle maintenance is one of the essential aspects,the company each year to spend a lot of manpower, material and financial resources. In thislink, if you can shorten repair time and lower maintenance costs, improve service quality,increase the transport capacity for the Transportation Division of the Tarim petroleumtransport company, Tarim petroleum transport company to reduce maintenance costs andextend the life of the Division’s equipment has practical significance.Based on the concept of project management to Tarim petroleum transport company andTransportation Division heavy wheeled lifting equipment overhaul project, for example,in-depth study to explore the equipment maintenance management related issues. This articlerefers to the specific circumstances of the maintenance and management of the project,through analyed the effect of project management and control, schedule control and costcontrol factors,and proposed to select the maintenance mode, schedule managementoptimization and cost optimization. Through the project management mode,used WBS、CPM and other advanced methods in the equipment overhaul schedule management, beimproved work efficiency. In the repair cost, used the ABC analysis method and optimizedthe use of stock fund, be reduced the repair cost. On this basis, the project has established theeffectiveness of the evaluation system, the last of integrated equipment maintenancemanagement system was part of the design, to the Division for Tarim petroleum transportcompany equipment overhaul projects useful exploration.
