Poverty is a worldwide problem which brings the lessons of political unrest，socialdivision，economic collapse and so on. As long as there are countries in the world，povertyis an eternal theme．Eliminate poverty and achieve common prosperity of the peoplethroughout the country is the essential requirement of socialism，and also is our party andthe government bounden historical responsibility．After the founding of China，large-scalerural poverty alleviation work has obtained the remarkable anti-poverty achievement underthe government-led.
