By2010, the financial crisis resulted from "the USA subprime mortgage crisis" seems to have been in the past, but the development of the world economy is growing uncertainty. For the development of logistics industry in China, to make proper planning and policy is very important. Due to the logistics industry lags behind that of developed countries, China is still in growing stage. The logistics is expected to be kept growing in future5years above10%of total.Along with the development of modern logistics philosophy in widely spread and development in china, logistics service demand rapid expansion, and attracts more and more attention. As the development of traditional forwarder company, it is very important for E-ANDEX to seize the opportunities and keep sustainable development.E-ANDEX was established in1998. With international freight forwarding business development, warehousing and container transportation business increase. E-ANDEX established its multiple branches and offices in china. E-ANDEX is one of the most competitive enterprises in Shandong market, with an average annual growth of20%.Taking strategic management theories, marketing, logistics management and relevant theory as the guide, this thesis is about research of E-ANDEX development strategies. Through PEST and SWOT analysis on E-ANDEX’s external environment and internal resources and the ability, it comes out with the enterprise development strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. According to analysis of E-ANDEX for the development of comprehensive development strategy of general advice, mainly including:the company layer strategy:with foreign enterprises strategic alliance, and domestic layout and mergers; Business strategy:costs leading strategy will be implemented in low-end logistics market; Differentiation strategy will be implemented in high-end market; Special service strategy will be done to key customers; Marketing and human resource planning will be a long-term planning.To formulate long-term development goal is very important for E-ANDEX to develop into a comprehensive logistics enterprise. In order to implement this strategy, E-ANDEX’s culture construction, organization structure adjustment, information management and logistics performance evaluation, etc should be done in detailed planning and instructions.This thesis has certain reference significance for other similar logistics companies. Due to limitations of data, it needs further study.
