With the scale at large and globalization of the enterprises group in China today, the financial shared services as an innovative approach to realize the process standardization and lean management within enterprises group, has been widespreadly concerned in the theoretical and practical regime. In this paper, We took the Chinese enterprises group which has implemented Financial Shared Services as research samples and based on the previous research achievements, extracted six key factors in the Implementation of Financial Shared Services for Chinese Enterprises Group, that is strategic planning, information technology systems, process management, organizational design, performance management, and personnel management. And more, using the Structural Equation Model, we took a study on the influence degree and the interconnections between the six key factors, which shows that the rank of the influence degree of these key factors on the value of financial shared services as follows:strategic planning, information technology systems, process management, organizational design, performance management, personnel management, and these key factors do not influence the value of financial shared services independly, there is a interconnection relationship between them. Besides, we did an empirical research on the Effectiveness in the implementation of Financial Shared Services, using both Wilcoxon rank-sum Test and Panel Data Analysis in combination, which shows that the influences on enterprise performances by Financial Shared Services have delay effect, differential effect and short-term fluctuation effect.
