Research On The Project ICT Team Building Of GX Telecom

ICT services is the world’s leading operators have been involved in the field, China Telecom also focused on ICT services as part of its restructuring business. GX Telecom provide services to its ICT services development support through ICT project team (ICT network integration company and local project teams). How to make this ICT project team become a team-building high-performance teams, to provide customers with competitive ICT services, has strong practical significance for the development of GX telecom company to carry out the strategic transformation of China Telecom and ICT services.In this paper, the team studied the effectiveness of team building as an entry point, explains the team’s definition and its constituent elements, the type of team skills and team-building methods.
