The article aims at analyzing the ocean seafarer wage scale management, by comparing the mode difference with other marine companies, studying the trains of thoughts, methods and efficiency of seafarer wage scale management under different background, probing into the intrinsic commons, and finding out the proper mode to our special country condition.With reference to Social Research Method by Earl Babbie, the article analyzes and explores seafarer wage scale management. Taking the ways of non-intervention as the research method, that is, analyzes the materials summarized and compares the history development of seafarer wage scale management. When making the spot checking employs the method of Targeting and Distinguishing. By using Target aiming and Chart Table, the article analyzes the relative data, comprehends the inherent meaning thereby and unveils the discipline.The article proves that whatever business line the marine company is in, as for the seafarer wage scale management the company employs should meet the developing requirement of its own and decides fitful mode as per different business environment. According to the present situation of our country, large-scale government-owned enterprise shall adjust its original modes of management and try to be close to the new active method under marketing direction. To meet the marketing requirement, we shall adjust our wage scale management as:based on Rank&Duty, we take into consideration of Achievement and the Floating Wage as well. However, to design the scheme of seafarer wage scale management, we shall also bear in mind some other important factors such as social environment, marketing transformation and the developing requirement of company its own. Conforming to the given situation and changing our method accordingly, only in this way we can improve our enterprise in the future.
