To meet the marketing requirement, we shall adjust our wage scale management as:based on Rank&Duty, we take into consideration of Achievement and the Floating Wage as well. However, to design the scheme of seafarer wage scale management, we shall also bear in mind some other important factors such as social environment, marketing transformation and the developing requirement of company its own. Conforming to the given situation and changing our method accordingly, only in this way we can improve our enterprise in the future.
