| H company has been operating business over10years, affiliated to H Logistics Group (established in Year1997, acting as a Shipping agent approved by the State Department of Commence and an NVOCC approved by the ministry of Communications), which is specialized in international shipping agent business and international transport of goods. Along with the continued unrest of international politics and economic slump, the unavoidable and unpredictable challenge stuck the immature international logistics industry of China. In order to survive and even struggle for development, H company had to take actions to implement effective management and wider enterprise value to a better level, such as readjustment of corporate strategy, integrating business structure, enhancing staff’s quality, improving service level, etc. As the strategic adjustment of H company, the ills of current performance management system slowly emerges into focus, more or less, hindering the promotion of whole competitiveness and influencing the well-behaved sustainable development of the company. Therefore, it is imperative that H company needs to readjust and establish effective strategic performance management system to push the realization of enterprise’s strategy and promote the steady development of business.Oriented by strategic performance management theories, this thesis has deeply studied current situation of strategic performance management system of H company, while obtaining a comprehensive understanding of the said field and build up strong theoretical support for carrying on optimization research; by using literature retrieval, cases study, questionnaire, interview etc, this paper also reveals the existing main problems on causes from the practical level, while combining the theory research and example analysis, to bring up the most optimization scheme for H company’s sustainable development and keep invincible among the furious competition of international logistics industry. |
