Human can’t exsit without food, the problem of food quality and safety is closely related to everybody. The problems of food quality and safety have been occurred frequently, people tend to choose organic food which is safety, high quality and healthy, it greatly promoted the development of organic food industry. Bamboo shoots is regarded as ’treasure among dishes’in people’s daily dietary, has unique flavor and rich nutrition. The development prospects of Bamboo market is broad in China, and the annual output of it rank first in the world. Jianning county abounds in bamboo, the annual output of Fresh bamboo shoots nearly80000tons in2010, the output value about it reached210million dollars; only MengZong bamboo industry own400000cases of ried bamboo shoots production, it will reach1million in the second construction phases. So it is important to research the development of organic food industry, which will be guiding significance to the economic development and utilization of resources on the bamboo shoots of Jianning county.In this paper, we analysis comprehensively the development of organic food in the domestic and international, and go deeply in Fujian province and Jianning County, to investigate the current situation of the development of the organic bamboo industry, which can make our understanding of the organic bamboo food industry more better. Basis on it, in order to has a comprehensive and objective understanding about the development issues of the organic bamboo food industry in Jianning county, on the one hand, we analysis of advantages of Jianning County to developed the organic bamboo food industry from the ecological environment, industrial structure, the traditional processing technology and other aspects, also analysis the disadvantages of that from the five factors in nature, society, technology, economy and policy, then we found that it has obvious regional Advantage for Jianning county to develop organic bamboo food; on the other hand, we research and analysis the key technology of the production’s each component (planting technology, processing technology, postpartum supporting technology), which can lead to understand the technical bottlenecks that restrict the development of the organic bamboo food industry in Jianning county. Finally, according to the present situation raise some targeted measures to solve the problems of industrial development, this paper argues that if Jianning county do realize the development of organic bamboo food industrialization, need to rely on the abundant bamboo resources and good ecological environment, further establish and improve the standards and regulatory system of organic bamboo food production and safety management, and play a dual guiding role of the market and the government, guide and encourage farmer, enterprises or third party intermediaries to participate actively in the county’s building on the organic bamboo food, further improve the development and utilization on the organic bamboo food, to product a batch of organic bamboo food which have excellent quality and characteristics, will improve the organic bamboo food’s market core competitiveness and improve ecological and economic benefits, then gradually establish and complete the Jianning county’s organic bamboo food production system, make the organic bamboo food industry become an important pillar industry of Jianning county.
