Analysis On Island Tourists’ Ecological Awareness And Influential Factors

With the developing of reforming and opening, China’s economy has achieved great progress, people’s living standards improved significantly. People travel to feel the natural scenery and experience the rich culture in their spare time. However, their travel bring enormous pressure to the ecological environment, what’s worse, people’s weak ecological environmental responsibility and the lack of environmental education undoubtedly make the ecological environmental more worse.At the same time, with the appealing of the Party and Country, people’s ecological consciousness has greatly improved. Under this context, it’s particularly important to carry on the investigation and analysis on the tourist ecological consciousness.This paper selects the typical tourism island----Meizhou Island as the case of investigation, and focus on the ecological consciousness and the influential factors of island tourist. Firstly, the research design the questionnaire after summarizing relevant research at home and abroad and combing the ecological consciousness’connotation and characteristics; Secondly, exploring Meizhou Island tourist ecological consciousness’ significant characteristics and influential factors through descriptive statistical analysis, single factor analysis of variance and regression analysis of questionnaire data; Finally, the paper put forward the corresponding measures to promote tourism ecological consciousness according the data analysis.In theory, this paper will enrich and develop the theory and research method of tourism ethics, tourism sustainable development theory and ecological civilization construction; In practice, the research provides other tourism island reference of the establishment and use of ecological awareness indicator system, and provides the theory and development suggestions for the sustainable development of island tourism.
