In recent years, With China’s world’s manufacturing center ahead of the process, the strategic positioning of the company has been obtain a better development. After experiencing the tireless efforts, The Company has also made a certain extent achievements. However, with the company was acquired in Y2011, Employee morale, cohesion, working passion and loyalty to the company are differently impacted. LZ company always focus on and emphasis on employee’s training and development, especially during company’s acquisition and integration process. How to establish an effective human resource training system, rebuilding solidarity with the enthusiasm of the staff to meet the needs of the company’s human resource development, key management talent retention, optimize company organizational structure and training management process is a practical and urgent problem which LZ company facing now.Through in-depth status analysis of the company management training, the company sought to identify the main problems which existing in company training management, and analysis of the root causes of problems, Based on this, from the training plan, training system, training needs analysis, training courses, internal training culture, training methods and training evaluation system, and proposed the corresponding improvements comment and suggestions. In addition, the content describes the main theoretical and combine with LZ’s actual situation, in theory, Based on training management research domestic and abroad, through investigation and analysis, in which including questionnaire survey, field surveys and other methods, combined with large amounts of data, through pre-consultation, training and research services during the follow-up line, introduced the company many problems that exist in human resource training, analysis of the main factors which affecting human resources training, and the company’s training process for analysis, diagnosis, improvement and implementation, design and develop effective training management system and the regulation, Proposed pertinency solutions and management countermeasure, So that employees can get continued development in company, and further solved the bottleneck of company training, making the company’s overall competitiveness obtain substantially upgrade. By establishing positive and effective training system, I believe that the company can continue to improve employees’ knowledge and skills, and in the meanwhile, hope to have a certain reference value to the relevant training management problem companies.
