This paper analyzes the status quo of the domestic printing industry,demonstrates the necessity and significance of establishing the high-end printing simulation and security indicators detection of public technical service platform.In countries of high-end printing products of environmental protection and safety and health put forward a very strict requirements,the platform can provide technical service is relevant to the needs of small and medium-sized printing enterprises,will you contact the technical advantages and industry sharing,and making a contribution to the industry to promote technological progress.At the same time,the platform can achieve rapid product design industry transformation,quick product inspection and testing,is expected to solve the industry of small and medium-sized enterprises to develop new products,new designs,difficult to detect,difficult for the rapid industrialization of the common;can lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of enterprises,from fundamental is conducive to enhancing the influence of industry enterprises,so that enterprises become the technology development ability,faster product innovation,market adaptability and strong industry leading technology type enterprise.This paper expounds the construction target,construction direction and service contents of public technical service platform..The public technical service platform covers four service module construction:(1)the high-end printing packaging safety index testing services;(2)simulation of high-end printing and packaging printing service process;(3)the high-end printing anti-counterfeiting packaging design services;(4)high-end printing and packaging consulting and training service;it is now possible to provide complete safety index and testing service of printing process simulation and two large public service.This paper introduces the since the formation of the public technical service platform,achieved in the field of printing technology research and development,packaging materials research and development work,and I shall be responsible for the safety index detection service module construction.According to industry standards and Guangdong Province,the industrial production VOC emission standards,based on the analysis of the detection principle established prepared from equipment,reagent configuration,method of sampling and sample preparation,test data analysis of whole set of experiment scheme,volatile organic compounds(VOCs)limited detection method was established,and some experiments are carried out to test the method and experimental results and national tobacco quality inspection center of the experimental results are compared and the comparison of the results is satisfactory.And based on the above research,the internal quality control standards of enterprises are formulated..This paper the smoke package industry formaldehyde residue detection of contents were studied,to develop a set of testing methods,and the detection method is verified by experiment.Finally,make the residual formaldehyde amount of quality control standard.The platform has been completed by the construction,has provided the relevant technical service for the industry enterprise and scientific research institution,and has promoted the industry technological progress closely.This paper puts forward 2 prospects for future development of public technology service platform,one is the introduction of digital printing equipment,research on how to apply digital printing and traditional printing organic combination,to provide more efficient service for the vast number of printing enterprises;two is to continue to strengthen the research in packaging and printing products and raw materials safety inspection content,increase heavy metals,adjacent benzene two formic acid ester,aromatic amine,two specific isopropylnaphthalene,photoinitiator safety quality index,the introduction of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry and other high-end chemical detection equipment,provide safety examination more comprehensive services for the printing industry and downstream related enterprises.
