With the continuous development of science and technology and market competition intensifying,the high-tech private enterprises of our country has entered a more fierce competitive environment.The talents of high-tech private enterprise will determine the fate of the enterprise survival and development.The stability of the core talents and develop depends on a good performance appraisal system.But at present,our country many high-tech private enterprise production efficiency and economic benefit is low,compared with some developed countries are widespread used up big,high cost and low efficiency.The basic reason is the large high-tech talent and management talents.Optimization of enterprise staff performance appraisal system,reduce the cost of enterprise talent,in turn,improve enterprise's core competitiveness,become a high-tech private enterprises meet the challenges and to get good position in the market competition of one of the main ways.This article started from relevant concepts and theoretical review of performance,analyze the development of KJ company,summarized the advantages and disadvantages and applicable scope of the KPI,BSC,360performance appraisal,MBO,EVA and so on.Expounded the concept of high-tech enterprises,the mail characteristics and classification.Based on the characteristics of staff personnel and their work,compared major performance appraisal methods,research applicability of these major performance appraisal methods for the KJ company staff.Aiming at the existing system of the present performance appraisal system is not sound,the shortcoming of single strong subjectivity,of examination method.Proposed the establishment of the enterprise performance appraisal system should be inteegrated use of various appraisal methods,follow fair,quantitative,systematic,practicality,adaptability,valuing the process and result.In reference on the basis of the existing performance appraisal theory and advanced experience,according to different level positions in the company staff and its working characteristics,using different performance appraisal method.Comprehensive appraisal of key indicators,the balanced scorecard method and 360 degree performance appraisal,management by objectives,economic value added method and so on several major performance appraisal methods,and draw lessons from the related appraisal methods of thoughts to build the KJ company staff performance appraisal system,studied the method of KJ company different level positions and the applicability of the staff performance appraisal.In this article,the results from the dimensions such as evaluation,behavior and the ability to staff performance,enhance the awareness and enthusiasm,improve the degree of employee satisfaction in the process of examination,ensure good operation of the evaluation system.Especially for middle level managers and R&D personnel performance appraisal system of reasonable construction played an essential role.I wish that this article related theory and practice,can the staff performance appraisal system for manufacturing operation has certain helpless,especially in the high and new technology enterprise mainly research and development of enterprise performance appraisal has certain supplementary role.
