In recent years, China’s socialist market economic system is increasingly perfect,the more open after joining the WTO, the competition between enterprisesincreasingly fierce, the external environment of companies is also more and morecomplex, the uncertainty is greatly increased. Many enterprises have clearunderstanding to the set up and optimize the importance and necessity of performancemanagement system. Performance is all over the world, can effectively motivate staffwork enthusiasm, success, excavate the potential of employees, has become theadvantage in the fierce market competition of prerequisites.This paper analysis the present situation of Jinyuan communication company,including company profile, the operation of the performance management systempresent situation and existing problems, and further analyzes the causes of theproblem, put forward the preliminary ideas of performance management optimization.According to the requirement of performance management system of content andlogic connection, application performance management theory, the initial set up jinyuan communications company based on the optimization strategy orientedperformance management system, including the establishment of key performanceindicators, performance index weight and set the standard, and cycle of design,performance evaluation and performance communication, performance evaluationresults.
