With the development of the society, Banks as an important social institutions, Banks haveappeared in the different levels of competition, in the midst of the big Banks have to takecorresponding measures to ensure that it can in the existing conditions of social development,Banks need to manage their business situation, at the same time to strengthen the assessmentof their performance and ascension, such ability in the competition to improve their owncompetitiveness. Strategic management systems require Banks to the development of theirstrategic planning and analysis, effective strategic analysis and planning is Banks at presenturgently needs to solve the problem. Through the bank of the performance evaluation torealize strategic desire, the development of the assessment of its performance targets, providehelp to the development of Banks.WS bank the existing performance evaluation method not well response strategy developmenttargets, cannot reflect the strategic orientation of Banks, the evaluation results didn’t have verygood incentive effect, has been difficult to meet the needs of modern management. So it isnecessary for the bank’s performance evaluation system as well as the ways to reform, so as tomeet the demand of the development of the bank. Make a set of methods suitable for thedevelopment of the bank, at the same time meet the bank’s development and strategiccustomization, this paper adopted the balanced scorecard is based on the previous traditionalscorecard developed on the basis of evaluation indexes, is a kind of non-financial evaluationindex. The balanced scorecard is a bank to meet the demand of modern society need tointroduce a strategic assessment tools.Paper first analyzes the related research status at home and abroad, summarized the domesticand foreign of methods and tools used in the performance management, and then use thecorrect methods to analyze the existing bank performance management present situation andthe problems left. To solve these problems, and puts forward to use the balanced scorecard tobuild the performance evaluation of commercial Banks approaches to realize the strategy.Way that is specific value demand, financial, customer, internal process, cognitive, andgrowth four aspects to analyze the strategic elements of commercial Banks, thus to improvethe strategy of commercial Banks. Finally gives the Banks when using the balanced scorecard performance evaluation management need to give guarantee measures, so as to improveenterprise performance management level, ensure enterprise strategic target realization.
