As a manufacturing industry enterprise, the industry background of S enterprise determines the company could not like engineering construction enterprise to regard projects as the main business. The company participates in the buyer’s projects in the form of resources input (products, services, etc). From supplier’s point of perspective, the existing project management theory or system is lack of project management theory. Based on the status of S enterprise, this thesis research the management features and modes of it and analysis the problems of its management. With the needs of S enterprise to improve management capability, as well as the internal and external environment faced by it, this thesis design an appropriate project management processes and management organization structure, and its purpose is to provide S enterprise with a novel management model and eventually find a way and means to enable S enterprise to respond effectively to the competitive situation. Therefore, this thesis has a practical significance for S enterprise, and simultaneously provides a reference for those enterprises which intends to carry out management innovation and develop management technology in order to enhance enterprise competitiveness like S enterprise.The main work accomplished in this thesis as follows:First, this thesis study the status of the target company’s management; analysis the problems of its enterprise management and market demanding environments as well as environmental needs of industry; expound the necessity and the feasibility of the implementation of enterprise’s management by project.The next, based on current management situation, this thesis proposes the principle of enterprise’s applications of management by project; build a model of enterprise project management; redesigns the enterprise’s business processes; reform the specific business management work.Following that, base on the results of business management by project, this thesis defines the enterprise project management module; design the process of project management module. Base on the defining of enterprise project life cycle, this thesis integrates the project management module, and construct a modularizing enterprise project management process based on overall perspective.Furthermore, in order to support enterprise project management process and consolidate the results of business management by project, the target enterprise needs to design the transformation of enterprise project management organization structure. The first step is to set the principles of enterprise project management organization structure transformation. The second step is to analysis the adaptability of enterprise project management organization structure. The third step is to obtain the work break structure of enterprise project. The forth step is to set departments and their responsibilities. The fifth step is to set enterprise project management team and divide responsibility of member. The sixth step is to create a composite matrix enterprise project management organization structure. The seventh step is to set enterprise project management office. The eighth is to explain the dynamically adjust principles of project management organization structure.The Last, this thesis illustrates the specific operation methods of management by project and provide some advice to several problems about implementation of management by project as well as conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the overall implementation effect of enterprise project management.Through the above analysis, this thesis actually design the solution of how S enterprise to apply the enterprise management by project. This solution includes macroscopically design of organization structure, and overall design of management process as well as locality specific application methods of management by project.
