The Process Research For Applying Project Management In Continuously Producing Enterprises

With changing of world economic development and layout, the manufacturing industry in western developed country is moving toward South American, Far East and Asia Pacific area. China is going to be one of the manufacturing centers of the world, continuously producing enterprise is very typical in this trade. As a effective administration method, Project Management was used broadly in these enterprises.How to apply Project Management in continuously producing enterprises is researched in this article, and Project Management can improve competition ability and administration level, also the advices and suggestions are given for using Project Management successfully. Mainly, following contents are included in this thesis:At first, Project Management researching background and the application in China are introduced, and the basic knowledge of Project Management is told.Secondly, it is analyzed that the relationship between strategies and projects in orgnization, when projects are defined according to strategies. Project Management can be used for products, development and innovation of enterprise, priority of projects, and the resources can be used fully with good project management.The last, it is described how to use Project Management in continuously producing enterprise, the normal applying flow chart in an organization, the problems and conflicts may happen, and how to deal with it.
