Study On Organization Structure And Process Optimization Of Project Management Of DQSH Company

With the development of globalization, domestic and international market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, in order to adapt to the changes in the market, many well-known enterprises are actively introducing the theory and technology of project management, in order to improve the management level of enterprise operation.
