The Research And Application Of Project Management System In Telecommunication Design Institute

In the circumstance of large-scale production and development, many telecommunication design institutes, merging multi-specialties, mastering engineer survey and design, have some weak points in intra-management, flow administration, co-operation/match-working and etc. Necessary project management need to be introduced and applied to enhance the operation efficiency to a higher level, to gain the full usage of resources and last to maximize the client profit.Based on the procedure of project in telecommunication design institute, the main research content of this paper is to analyze and summary the process of project management, which is available to be spread, is effective to assist project accomplishment, is optimal to human resource management and satisfaction.This paper first briefly introduces opportunities and challenges in the field of telecommunication design and shows the necessity of project management. Second, the basis of project management is discussed, especially the core parts, with combing the features of telecommunication. It analyzes the problems existing in the project management application of telecommunication enterprises, foresees the obstacles during the project management spread processing, and shows the necessity of its usage furthermore. Based on the current state of telecommunication design institutes and requirements of business development, the main part of this article is to develop the enterprise organization mode model, suitable to business features, after analyzing the important factors having interest with company business at detail. Third, based on the mobile design institute, it analyzes the state of project management application, shows the development direction according to the basic theory, explains the establishment of project management, discusses the project construction, WBS decomposition and professional (hyper) matrix construction model and expatiates on process of project management, talent bank establishment, necessity of project manager cultivation, importance of some regarded systems foundation. Finally, it evaluates the application of project management in 3 aspects.
