Reaserch Of Financing Lease Managment Of Small And Midium-sized Enterprises In China

Small and medium-sized enterprises have been playing a big role in promoting China’s economic development. However, due to its small size, low credit status and its weak ability of resisting risk, the small and medium-sized enterprises have been faced with the phenomenon of financing difficulties in the process of its existence and development.Through the study of risk management of financing lease in our country’s small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper hope to help small and medium-sized enterprises make better use of the financial lease to solve the financing problems. After having a basic understanding of the development of financing lease in China, the author classify the risk of the financing lease of small and medium-sized enterprise and discussed respectively conventional methods to respond to these risks. But at the same time, the author points out that financing lease of small and medium-sized enterprises in the reality still have a lot of other problems, the author give some of his own suggestions according to the analysis of the industry development in reality.And on the bases of above, this paper has also selected a suitable case, to analysis the treatment of some special risks and summarize the experiences and lessons to our country’s small and medium-sized enterprises.
