Research On The Applicability And Promotion Of Financial Lease In Small And Medium Enterprises

The development of small and medium-sized enterprises plays an important role in the overall development of national economy.For the small and medium-sized enterprise has some inherent characteristics,such as poor shareholder background,weak financial management,less tangible assets,and higher uncertain business prospects,which make it more difficult for the small and medium-sized enterprise to obtain bank loan and capital market financing.Even if they can get these financing,it will take large financial cost,time cost and management cost for the small and medium-sized enterprises.To find a way out of the financing difficulties for small and medium-sized enterprises is a common problem all over the world.The government should take the responsibility to solve the financing problem for the small and medium-sized enterprises.The financial lease has developed rapidly in the world,which has been the third important channels of financing except for the bank loan and the capital market financing for enterprises.Financial leaser pay more attention to the leased property,including its value,its disposal difficulty,its technical content,and how many benefits it can produce,instead of investing the enterprise.Therefore,financial lease is more suitable for the small and medium-sized enterprises,considering of the subject of financing,the amount of financing,the period of financing,the guarantee of financing,and the financing costs of financing.This paper is divided into 6 chapters to discuss the applicability and promotion of financial lease in small and medium enterprises,starting from the characteristics of small and medium enterprises and the various forms of financing for small and medium-sized enterprises,comparing the difference between the multiple financing models.Then,it introduces the current situation and main forms of financial lease,and explains the advantages of financial lease for small and medium sized enterprises,which is illustrated by a typical case.Through the analysis of the theory and practice,this paper puts forward the problems of the small and medium-sized enterprises using the financial leasing model,and puts forward some suggestions.Through the analysis of this paper,we can see that for the small and mediumsized enterprises,financial leasing model can be regarded as a useful choice,no matter from the availability,financing costs,financing efficiency.
