Case Analysis Of SZZC Company's Financial Leasing Project

In the 1980s,as a new financing method,financial leasing was introduced into our country.Different from the traditional financing method,it has obvious advantages as a new financing method which combines "financing" with "financing material".It has also grown up rapidly in our country and penetrated into various industries.Automobile rental is a kind of transportation service mode which can meet the needs of the public,and it is the sunrise industry of our country at present.However,the development of automobile rental industry in our country is not mature,the market concentration is low,and many enterprises are facing the dilemma of financing difficulties.In this context,through raising awareness of the financial leasing business,promote the speed of the industryRapid development to help Chinese enterprises solve financing difficulties and other problems.As an important way of enterprise financing,more and more attention has been paid to the related research of financial leasing.This paper adopts the method of case analysis,selects the financial leasing project of SZZC company as the case study object,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the SZZC financial leasing project.First,SZZC,as the leader of the industry,chooses financial leasing in the case of listed financing failure.SZZC should make full use of financial leasing to finance,and innovate the financial leasing model according to its own operating characteristics.Second,SZZC should do a good job of risk control in the process of financial leasing,in the process of financingThe rental project formulates the rent payment plan according to its own actual situation,selects the appropriate guarantor.Third,for the lessor,ICBC financial leasing should make use of its industry advantages to establish a standardized and unified credit system,effectively integrate the information of major enterprises,especially small and medium-sized enterprises,and improve the efficiency of financial leasing.Fourth,the government also needs to give corresponding support in the financial leasing policy.
