With the rapid economic development of China, Urbanization and development of industrial scale make the demand for land continues to rise in the Social processes of modernization. When we actively carry out the work of land expropriation in all parts of the country, A series of social problems based on the land are gradually attracting people’s attention. Farmers as the direct users to rural collective land, land is extraordinary significant to them, It is hard to give it up whether in physical or emotional. Since the land acquisition and compensation system is imperfect, the operation is irregular, the information exchange between farmers and government is not equal while the information channel is single. Based on these reasons, the information asymmetry between farmers and government is a very common phenomenon in land compensation. It is almost throughout the whole process of land compensation. Asymmetric information can also lead to satisfaction levels to credibility of government and land expropriation generally low. Research on the utility in land expropriation can not only broaden the application level of related theories, but also play a guiding role in regulating land expropriation and compensation and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of farmers and improve their fair perception and satisfaction in land compensation. This article is intended to control asymmetric information within comparable reasonable and relatively open and transparent level; under the premise of maintaining farmers’ right to information, improve farmers’ participation and supervision of land expropriation compensation. When the farmers can be clearly aware of their rights and use them in the process of participation and supervision, Fair perception level of farmers can be effectively improved, which will affect their satisfaction on land expropriation compensation. Therefore, on the model basis of satisfaction fairness, this paper introduced Asymmetric information theory, combining the actual situation of land requisition compensation, defined the knowledge rights, participation rights and supervision rights three dimensions to Asymmetric information, and set the three dimensions of justice perception as process justice, result justice and interactional justice. The general research model of this article is "information asymmetry-justice perception-satisfaction degree". Under the general research model, this paper constructed and validated the model of "information asymmetry-farmer satisfaction", the model of " fairness perception to information asymmetry" and the model of "farmers justice perception-farmer satisfaction"; researched and validated the mediating influence for the farmers’ fairness perception to land acquisition compensation information asymmetry and farmers’satisfaction. By the analysis on the data collected from the questionnaire survey in the use of structural equation modeling (SEM), the author examined the previous proposed hypothesis model in this paper, and the logical relationship and the practical significance between the hypothetical variables. The results show:first of all, asymmetric information in the process of land expropriation compensation has a appreciable effect on the farmers’ fair perception. Secondly, asymmetric information in the process of land expropriation compensation also has a appreciable effect on farmers’ land compensation satisfaction. Thirdly, fair perception has a significant positive impact on the satisfaction. Finally, farmers’ fair perception plays a certain intermediary role in asymmetric information and farmers’satisfaction.Based on the conclusion the above model validates, this article put forward countermeasures and suggestions about reducing the degree of asymmetric information in the process of land expropriation compensation, which can not only let land expropriation compensation makes up material damage as much as possible for landless farmers, but also let farmers feel better and fair treatment and improve their satisfaction from the perspective of communication and exchange of information. |
