The Research Of The Aged’s Livehood Under Perspective Of Land Transfer

Land circulation is a new direction for the reform of China’s rural land system, become the main direction of the future development of agriculture in our country, promoting the rural land circulation of agricultural scale and the industrial management, and enhance the efficiency of land, increasing farmers’ income at the same time, there are some new problems need to be concerned about, the scholars concern is after the land transfer, the livelihood problems of the elderly.Land circulation in Ningxia northern area of early experience, improve the system, especiallythe silver area north of Pingluo County due to the land circulation of bold innovation has become China’s land circulation in the experimentation area. In this paper, based on the completion of a household survey of the elderly on silver north region, with the sustainable livelihoods theory as the foundation, the use of survey data, a detailed analysis of the current situation of land circulation based on the analysis of the elderly, the elderly living status. On the basis of the analysis, and using quantitative analysis method of livelihood capital, the oldcapital of life was quantitative research. Effect of the article further using quantized analysis ofaged life old life capital change slightly choice in elderly life plan capital data and Logistic model to gauge. After analyzing the elderly livelihood capital, livelihood strategies, the articleusing the double difference model, analyzes the changes of the elderly life meter resultsbefore and after the transfer of land, as well as the influence of land circulation on the elderlylife ability.Based on the research above, this paper we come to the following conclusions:(1) a family of land circulation in the proportion of older people is relatively high, but after the land transferreduces the elderly livelihood capital; (2)the social security has remarkable influencelivelihood strategies for the elderly, perfect social security will to improve the sustainable livelihood of the elderly; (3) the land transfer significantly improves the elderly living result, but with reduced year by year old people of human capital, increase year by year old peoplelivelihood risks.
