The transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry puts forward higher requirements for product quality. However,as the mistakes and negligence of front-line production staff in manufacturing industry restrict the survival and development of manufacturing enterprises, how to reduce human error has become an urgent problem to be solved. At the same time,a large number of new generation industrial workers are pouring out. While injecting new vitality into the manufacturing market, the existing problems have gradually emerged. These employees are very prone to stress on the role lead to people lack of focus on work for errors, and from the existing research, although there is no lack of individual psychological factors to explore the mechanism of human error, but rarely from the perspective of role pressure Human error.Based on this, this study from the management science, psychology, etc,in view of using empirical research methods, explore the line role stress on employees because of the failure mechanism, managers put forward so as to form the effective management countermeasure against people because of mistakes.Based on Robbins’ s pressure theory and resource conservation theory, this paper analyzes the influence of the role of first-line operation staff on human factors in the production process.Constructed a conceptual model of job burnout as a mediator between role pressure and human error and social support obtained by first-line operators as a moderator.Among them, employee role pressure is divided into two dimensions: role conflict and role blur.Job burnout is measured by three dimensions: emotional exhaustion, dehumanization and low achievement.Social support is divided into two dimensions: emotional support and information support. The theoretical hypothesis of the relationship between variables is to use the first-line operation staff in the more developed industries as the sample source, select the relevant scales suitable for the research model to form the questionnaire, and adjust and modify the measurement items designed by the questionnaire through pre-test.Finally,a large number of empirical data were collected through formal questionnaires, and statistical methods such as structural equation modeling were used to quantify the data, verify the conceptual model and related hypotheses, and determine the relationship between four variables such as human error.Through empirical analysis, the main conclusions of this study are:(1)the role pressure of front-line employees in the manufacturing industry has a significant positive impact on the human error of employees.(2)job burnout plays a partial mediating role between role stress and human error;(3)emotional social support can alleviate job burnout caused by role conflict, but has no good regulating effect on job burnout caused by role ambiguity.(4)informational social support can alleviate job burnout caused by role ambiguity, but has no significant moderating effect on job burnout caused by role conflict. This paper makes an integrated study of the relationship between role stress and human error, and explores the mediating role of job burnout and the regulating role of social support, which effectively makes up for the lack of research on the influencing factors of human error. At the same time, this study also has good practical value: in order to effectively reduce the occurrence of human error behavior,it is proposed to prevent the occurrence of two kinds of role pressure, and to adopt two different types of social support to alleviate job burnout management Suggestions. |
