Changes Of Chinese State-owned Corporate Social Responsibility At Different Times

In the planned economy period before the eighties of last century, a large number of companies charged with the responsibility should be borne by the government, we call this period is called " running society " period, state-owned enterprises are the most authoritative organization, the industry’s state-owned enterprises have all social functions within the unit, when the state system socio-economic status has not provided environmental and social responsibility of state-owned enterprises. Many enterprises in the reform and opening up the door to open the blind pursuit of profit, forget their social responsibility, led to a general decline in overall corporate social responsibility.
