The financial license release for the Futures Company, is both an opportunity and a challenge.How to seize the opportunities in the business of financial industry in China under the background of the expansion, based on the development, is an important issue faced by Futures Company. The core competence through human resources to acquire and hold the"talent" as a financial institution, is undoubtedly the Futures Company compulsory road.Performance management, as the core problem in human resource management, the focus is to improve the performance of employees. And scientific and effective performance management system can improve employees "performance at the same time, to attract, the purpose of training personnel, to further enhance the performance oforganization.Therefore,to establish a sense of identity and the integration of scientific and effective performance management system is particularly important.The Balanced Scorecard(BSC) is a kind of comprehensive performance management tool, through the deconstruction of the strategic goal of the enterprise, the performance management index is decomposed into financial, customer, internal processes, learning and growth four aspects.In this paper, using the methods of literature analysis, interview and case analysis combining, takes SDQH Futures Company as the research object, in a number of field investigation and data collection, the construction based on the Balanced Scorecard performance management system of the company.In this paper,firstly,the connotation of performance management features and tools and using content are introduced;In the contrast analysis of several main methods of performance management, and expounds the basic theory and the balance scorecard, laid the theoretical foundation of the Balanced Scorecard in the application of SDQH Futures Company. Then,it introduces and analyzes the management status of environmental and development of SDQH Futures Company faces,through field research, a detailed analysis of SDQH Futures Company’s market environment,strategic planning, human resource management and organizational structure,and analyzes the existing problems and the reasons in the performance management of the company. Finally, combined with the SDQH Futures Company’s own characteristics and the actual situation, from the financial,customer, internal processes, learning and growth in four dimensions to establish the Balanced Scorecard evaluation index system. Using the analytic hierarchy process todetermine the various levels, balanced score card index weight, to create a balanced scorecard performance management system for SDQH Futures Company trial,And at the same time, the specific description of the Balanced Scorecard performance management process, to ensure the implementation of the measures and the evaluation of SDQH Futures Company.This paper discusses the hope of balanced score card performance management system can provide favorable support for SDQH Futures Company completed its established the strategic goal.
