The Analysis Of Cost Control In DN Highway Construction

There has been 20 years that construction enterprises manage ZS city highway construction through the highway construction project management mode.However,there are still some deficiencies in the DN highway project management process in ZS,mainly reflects in the backward of the management idea, the organization management and method,and the construction scheme, specially in the terms of construction cost control which has seriously slowed down the development of construction enterprises.Due to the characteristics of soft soil foundation of the geological conditions of DN road,this paper puts forward a new direction and specific measures,in view of the problems that exist in the DN of highway construction cost control in the construction enterprises.First of all,this paper gives a detailed introduction in the concept of the DN highway construction cost and cost control and the other relevant theories.Secondly,the environment and two internal influence factors in the construction process are analyzed.Due to it,the concrete measures of saving construction cost are putted forward. What’s more,the DN highway construction cost control has been studied and analyzed in detailed by means of the application of value engineering in the field of the DN highway construction materials and machinery equipment.Therefore the management mode of construction enterprise will transform from the traditional model that focus only on the construction to a new one which attaches great importance to the costs of labor,materials, machinery equipment and distribution of administrative cost,which has brought new ideas for cost control and cost saving in the DN highway construction.Finally,this paper analyzed and summarized the effect of DN highway construction cost control measures,and gave a prospect and summary to the research results of the paper.
