With the development of the global energy and environmental issues, the lack of energy is becoming more and more serious. Solar energy as a renewable green energy, its advantages of remedying conventional energy’s shortage are increasingly highlighted. Therefore, people are becoming more and more interested in the concept of new energy, at the same time, the global and governmental encouragement policies have been produced. Sochina photovoltaic industries are faced a good opportunity for development. However, in recent years, because of the local government blindly boosting investment, the development of photoltaic industries in china are in a dilemma of overcapacity. At the same time, because of industrial chain development uncoordinated, management ideas backward, the lack of features and talent, and the market positioning is not clear, that caused many photovoltaic enterprises lack of competitiveness and occuredcollapse of large-scale phenomenon. Currently, open and competitive are the mainstream of the development of world economic. With the economic globalization and integration, the wide application and developmentof internet, the competition between enterprises has become increasingly fierce. Facing opportunities and the fierce marketcompetition, if getting out of the circumstance and obtaining steady development, it is necessary to build up our PV enterprise own core competitiveness and competitive advantage. It isalso a common problem that photovoltaic enterprises faced with in our country.The present situation and upgrading core competinessof TH photovoltaic enterprises will be mainly analyzed with the micro perspective and empirical method in this article.Based on the theory of core competitiveness,ths paper, for one thing,summarized and raised the related research results by combing and analysing theories of core competence, both in China and abroad. Consequently, the method and purpose of this paper is led into studying, and current mainphotovoltaic enterprise’s core competitiveness is explored. Secondly, combining with the characteristics of TH’s internal and external environment, the paper also raises TH’s strategic position, and summarizes core competitiveness of TH company differences from other photovoltaic enterprises. Finally, basing on the characteristics of its own core competitiveness, thesolutions of core competitivenessare put forward to promote keeping TH’s sustainable development.
