| Experience economy is the fourth economy development stage after agriculture economy, industry economy and service economy. The economic outcome of experience economy is experience, which form essential bargain benefit. Experience in itself is not an entity, and actually commodity and service become the carriers of experience. Tourism is a natural experience economy. Tourism itself is an economic activity, and tourism experience is a commodity and an economic product, for which tourist will pay. From the viewpoint of experience economy, the core of designing tourism product is actually designing tourism experience. Currently, the theoretical research of combination of experience economy with tourism has attracted considerable attraction of academia. City tourism is the necessary product of city development, and at the same time city tourism also promotes the development of the city. And city tourism product is one of the important factors influencing the city tourism development. From the viewpoint of experience economy, the research on the city tourism product design can effectively elevate city competitive power, drive city transition and upgrade, and promote the development of modern tourism.This thesis elaborates research backgrounds and introduces the academic value and realistic meaning of the research from three aspects, i.e., the coming of experience economy, the need of intense tourism market competition, and the current situation of Shijiazhuang. By comprehensive analysis of the domestic and foreign research situation of experience economy theory, tourism experience theory and city tourism product theory, it is found that the concrete case researches on the combination of experience economy and city tourism product design are not much, which manifest the research of this thesis has its necessity. By discriminating relevant concepts, using experience economy theory and tourism experience theory as theoretical basis, and explicating research thoughts, technical route as well as research methods etc., the theoretical basis is constructed for this research. Especially, in the overview of tourism experience theory, a prototype of a tourism experience model is designed..In this thesis, investigation and research are performed on the current development situation of Shijiazhuang city tourism product using a series of methods such as examining on the spot, interviewing and questionnaire surveying, as well as literature material analyzing etc. The fundamental background situation of Shijiazhuang city is described and the classification of Shijiazhuang city tourism resource, as well as qualitative and quantitative synthetic evaluation is performed. The present development situation of Shijiazhuang city tourism are evaluated and analyzed. At the same time, the existing problems of Shijiazhuang city tourism products are presented, and ASEB grid analysis method is used which adds tourist experience to analysis, and ASEB matrix graph for Shijiazhuang city tourism product is constructed, and thus the analytical conclusion guided by tourist requirement is acquired.According to the principle that resource is the basis and market is the guide in tourism product design, the market positioning for Shijiazhuang city tourism product is performed from three aspects, i.e., tourist target market, tourism product market, and the combination and analysis of the both. At the same time, the development strategy of Shijiazhuang city tourism product is determined from four aspects including guiding thoughts, the thinkings for development, product design ideas, and comprehensive framework compositions. From the viewpoint of experience economy, for the tourism product development of Shijiazhuang city, the core guiding thought is making tourism industry transited and upgraded on the basis of present Shijiazhuang city tourism product development plan; the idea of development is "highlight keypoint, optimize brand, regionally collaborate, experience integration"; the essence is to design tourism product aiming at tourist experience. Therefore, five product design ideas are presented including "creative, cultural, procedural, hierarchical and real"; comprehensive framework compositions are designed, that is, "a road, a zone, a leading industry, a cordial desire, three big districts, seven congregation areas". Finally, four series of Shijiazhuang city tourism product projects and twelve deliberated Shijianzhuang city tourism experience routes are designed.Aimed at the main problems existing in the present situation of Shijiazhuang city tourism product development, strategy researches are developed based on the viewpoint of experience economy. The target is to make Shijiazhuang city tourism experience environment in better quality by solving present problems and making more perfection, and to design excellent qualitative and magnificent city tourism experience product, so that promote sustainable sound development of city tourism industry, and thus acquire significant economic benefits. |
