In the era of experience economy, tourists raise higher requirement for culture, experience and participation of tourism product and quality of tourist experience.In order to obtain vitality in the fierce market competition environment, tourism enterprises need to meet tourist demands and perfect experience form of tourism product. Meanwhile, China witnessed a speed development of cultural tourism industry in recent years. Both the market and government encourage tourism enterprises to develop and innovate cultural tourism product with higher participatory and experiential, enhance cultural connotation and value-added. The report researches the development and construction of Jiupeng Stream Tea Country in the last 10 years. While the tourism development enters a new phase, the tea country has to find a new highlight under the pressure of market competition, upgrades tourism product, turns landscape culture, tea culture and cabin culture into valuable cultural tourism product.With the guidance of RMP Theory and Experience Design Theory, the report aims to research the development of cultural tourism product from the perspective of tourist experience. The research adopts a thought of raising question, theoretical analysis and case study by using literature analysis method, field questionnaire and data analysis method.The report contains three parts. First are the content, method and technical route of this research. There are two chapters in the second part. Chapter Three introduces cultural tourism and tourism experience and analyzes RMP Theory and Experience Design Theory. Chapter Four discusses the requirement and pattern for cultural tourism product development, including development principle and idea, and puts forward a innovative pattern of RMCP. The third part is case study of Jiupeng Stream Tea Country. To begin with, the report presents the basic situation of Jiupeng Stream Tea Country. Then it analyzes tourism resources and market situation based on survey data and points out the problems of existing cultural tourism product. Finally, it proposes a development idea of tourist experience.
