Willingness to take risks,learning from errors is one of the keys to make breakthrough in the innovation economy.In recent years,unprecedented transformation of economic growth way makes the new employees face more uncertainly and innovative,the possibility of error is bigger,so the error management climate of organization is more important. The study focuses on the new organizational climate variables:error management climate,namely the attitude to errors,processing procedures and method that an organization formed. Individuals,individual perception on organizational climate is an important impact on individual employment quality level.This study based on the foreign research,through individual interview,open questionmaire and sampling survey method,adapted the survey questionnaire of new employees’ perceived organizational error management climate,also analyzed the relationship of perceived error management climate,proactive social behavior and the quality of employment,and the impact of demographic variables on the three variables. The results of the study show as follows:1.Perceived Organizational error management climate includes 3factors:perceived organizational error master,perceived error expection,perceived error pressure.The questionnaire’s reliability and validity was proved to accordate with the basic requirements of psychometrics,and can be used as empirical research tools.2.The perceived organizational error management climate and its 3 dimensions are significantly related to subjective and objective quality of employment. Also proctive social behavior only significantly modulate the three dimensions of perceived organizational error management climate and subjective quality of employment.3.Demographic variables played a significantly impact on perceived organizational error management climate,active social behavior,employment quality.
