Nowadays, with the global economic integration, the business environment becomes increasingly complex, the dynamic nature of enterprise environment intensifies, managers are facing a great challenge of processing the information and facing the problem. In order to accelerate the process of organizational innovation, strengthen organizational effectiveness, organizations want employees not only taking the initiative to share information and knowledge, but also to make recommendations as their responsibilities. Therefore, the importance of the workers’ voice behavior is becoming more and more significant.At the same time, as an extra role behavior, the voice behavior has been getting more and more attention all over the world. In this study, the workers’ psychological contract violation is used as the antecedent variables of the voice behavior. Meanwhile, organizational commitment is used to research the moderating effect between the psychological contract violation and the voice behaviors.Based on the predecessors’ theory, this study proposes four hypotheses and establishes the model of the psychological contract violation, the organizational commitment and the voice behavior, proves the influence of the psychological contract violation on the voice behavior, verifies that between the psychological contract violation and the voice behavior, the organizational commitment plays an intermediary role. Then, the new generation of employees is used to do the empirical research. In the process of empirical analysis, the statistical software SPSS 19.0 is used to verify the questionnaire’s reliability and validity, make correlation analysis and regression analysis between the psychological contract violation, the organizational commitment and the voice behavior. The following results are obtained:(1)The new generation employees’ psychological contract violation has a negative influence on the voice behavior; (2)The psychological contract violation and the organizational commitment have a significant negative correlation relationship;(3)The organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on the employees’voice behavior;(4)The psychological contract violation produces a negative effect on the voice behavior through the organizational commitment. On the basis of the empirical analysis results, this paper provides managers with some suggestions about how to circumvent the new generation employees’ psychological contract violation and promoting them to give recommendations, finally points out the weakness of this research and the development direction of future researches.
