As the new generation employees get into jobs, newmethod of management is neededfor the new generation employees. Facing the fierce competition in the market, the enterprise needs to consider from the needs of employees,to guide and motivate employees in a right way.Only in this way, enterprise can keep vitality and innovative.This paper discussesthe relationship between psychological contract, perceived organizational support and voice behavioramong the new generation employees.This paper reviewed the previous research, organized the related research results,and put forward the hypothesis. The available data was collected through the questionnaire survey which was conducted among 181 new generation employees. Through the analysis of data the following conclusions was obtained:(1) the scales have good reliability and validity for Chinesenew generation employees. (2) Employees in different positionshave significant difference in psychological contract, organizational support and voice behavior. (3) The psychological contract of new generation employees is in the medium level, there is room for improvement. (4) The psychological contract have significant positive influence on perceived organizational support and advice behavior, perceived organizational support has a significant positive effect on advice behavior. (5) Perceived organizational support plays a role of intermediary between psychological contract andvoice behavior.Because there is few research on voice behaviorinChina, so this paper did some contribution to this field.It also has value for researches on psychological contract and perceived organizational support in Chinese environment. In the end of this paper, I give my suggestions and management advice.
