Our present era is a time of changing. With the explosion of information, theglobalization of economy, the cruel market competition, all these make the enterpriseexternal uncertainties increase gradually. With so many variables, the expansion ofproduction scale of enterprises rely on, improve the proportion of fixed assets expansionand growth seems to have come to a dead end, in contrast, human resources for theenterprise value is more prominent, the enterprise needs related to the transformation fromthe internal employees and to improve organizational performance, only in this harshenvironment survival and development, enterprises call for flexible management, and thepsychological contract as a kind of flexible management has important influence to staffperformance.According to the particularity of Chinese traditional culture and human resourcemanagement, The classification of the psychological contract and employee performance issuitable for human resources in China, and in the process of reading literature, combing theideas, the relationship between organizational commitment and employee behavior isintroduced the two intermediary variables to better explain the psychological contract andperformance of them, conducted a survey in6enterprises in JiNan, Beijing and WuHan’s277employees, through empirical analysis of relevant theoretical model is obtained,verified the hypothesis.The research shows, the psychological contract is positively related to the significanteffect of the employee performance, organizational commitment and employee behaviorplay an intermediary role. It is very important to establish a set of perfect managementsystem between the psychological contract and employee performance. Psychologicalcontract is essential to improve the performance of enterprises.
