| In order to actively respond to the dynamic and complex business environment,organizations increasingly need employees to openly express their voice.Give open and honest advice on issues that arise in the organization and possible future opportunities.However,employees are affected by various factors and may choose to silence on key issues.An important issue facing the organization is how to inspire and influence employees and make active voice for the development of the organization.The focus of this article is: how to effectively promote employee voice,explore the impact of empowered leadership on employee voice,verify the mediating role of psychological empowerment,and explain the psychological mechanism of empowered leadership’s impact on employee behavior.At the same time,we also consider the situational variables in the organizational level—organizational learning ability,consider the power distance orientation from the perspective of Personal values,and verify their moderation role between empowered leaders and employee voice.Through the collection of valid questionnaires of 207 employees in three different units of public utilities in Anhui Province,It is demonstrated that empowered leaders have a positive correlation with employee’s voice and psychological empowerment plays a partial mediation role.Organizational learning ability moderate the positive relationship between empowered leaders and employee voice,that is,under the high-level organization learning ability,the positive role of empowered leaders in the employee’s voice behavior is strengthened;Power distance orientation negatively moderate empowered leaders and employees voice.Under the of high-level power distances orientation,the positive relationship between empowered leaders and employee voice is weakened.Finally,in combination with organizational management practices,this paper proposes the following recommendations: First,enterprises should strengthen the cultivation and shaping of authorized leadership style so as to increase the employee’ voice.The second is thatenterprises should create an environment conducive to employees’ positive advice.The third is thatenterprisesshould take various measures to improve organizational Learning ability,eliminate the concept of hierarchy,and enhance employeesorganizational identification. |
