Research On The Export Trade Of National Agricultural Products Between Ningxia And Arab Based On The Connection Of Market Demand

On September 10th 2012, the Ningxia Inland Open Economic Experimental Zone project was officially approved by the State Council, which was considered to be a significant strategic move towards an all-dimensional opening-up by enhancing the opening to the west. Ningxia Province, where the project was carried out, will start a new chapter in cooperating with Arab States standing on this new platform. It can develop intensified trade of agricultural products between the two sides on the basis of ethnic cultural identification, thus to develop the economic and trade collaboration between Ningxia and Arab States and to break through to exploit the Arab market. However, the current trade situation is not optimistic. What can be seen from it is that there are still many problems in the link of the export of agricultural products from Ningxia to Arab States. Therefore, it is an urgent task in hand to figure out how to seize the opportunity to guide the export trade of agricultural products and exploit the Arab market with market demand.By collecting the data and reading related literatures, the dissertation get down to the study in the following aspects. Firstly, using statistical description, it analyzed the status of market demand of agricultural products import in Arab States in details, and understood the scale and structure of market demand in depth. Secondly, it described the current situation of agricultural products export to Arab States and analyzed major problems in the link of export combining their market demand. Thirdly, by building Trade Gravity Model, it foresaw the prospect in the export trade between Ningxia and Arab States, and proved the great potential in export link empirically. Fourthly, on the basis of the conclusion, the dissertation offered countermeasure and suggestion on promoting the agricultural products export link between Ningxia and Arab States.
