International Trade Relations Between China And Arab Countries Under International Trade Law(1978-)

This thesis intends to study how the trade laws can be improved in order to strengthen the economic ties between the People's Republic of China and all Arab states.This research will examine the relevant trade laws which allow each Arabic country and the Arab Bloc to trade with China. Since those laws are developed on the basis of economic and political considerations and events, the research will be done in chronological divisions. Can they be improved, in specific cases or generic application? This will be analyzed.There are an introduction, 3 chapters, and a conclusion in this thesis. The introduction discusses surveys of the relations between Arab Countries and China. Chapter 1 attemptes to investigate which economic theory is most suitable for the current situation.Chapter 2 trys to explore the role of organizations and international laws in the development of China-Arab Relations, and Chapter 3 analyzes the relationship between China and Arab states. In conclusion, this study will be summarized and some suggestions will be given to both sides.
