In the steady development of the global economy today, enterprises are facing a sharp change in the competitive environment, China’s enterprises in the fierce competition in the wave, inevitable also faces enormous challenges. There is a special group in modern enterprises, they can promote the economic development of enterprises, improve the comprehensive competitiveness, it is the professional manager.Many scholars have found in the study, an excellent professional managers is very important for the development of enterprises, the western developed countries research on professional managers has become mature, but the research in our country is in its infancy, manager system will inevitably exist many problems, for example:the system is not perfect; the level of staff is not high as a whole; enterprises ignore the role of managers, to strengthen the comprehensiveability of enterprises of our country, it is urgent to improve the manager’s competency.This paper selects the intermediate occupation managers for heavier proportion of occupation managers to conduct the research, seeks to establish the status of competency model to comprehensive evaluation of occupation managers intermediate, analyze the influencing factors of the competency of each period, and from the development of intermediate occupation occupation managers to analysis how to improve work efficiency, enhance the competence. In this paper, the data are mainly obtained through the questionnaire, interview, part is composed of enterprise intermediate occupation managers, final summary results. Cluster analysis was performed by using the statistical software SPSS on the basis of these data, through cluster analysis provides the basis for the model,and fitting analysis to verify the accuracy of the model, the results obtained bysoftware competency model. And the combination of the 360 degree performance appraisal of professional managers’ competency model of evaluation, this study can provide a theoretical basis for enterprises to select.training and development of professional managers, and promote better and faster development of professional managers.
