With the development of economy, the Professional Managers are paid more and more attention to. The performance of a company depends on the diathesis of the Professional Managers. Large amount of the counting results demonstrate the ability of current Chinese professional manager still is not enough to satisfy request been engaged in his job. Meanwhile, enterprise throws large amount of money into the Professional Managers' training, but the effect is not as expected.The studies of competency model have been carried out broadly since it was brought forward. It not only got notable achievement in theory, but also has very good verification in practice. This study using the researches of competent theory structures the Professional Managers training system with the competency model as basis, and then discusses how to get the purpose of lifting the Professional Managers' abilities for training.By looking up the existing literature, this study analyzes the contradiction between the Professional Managers' ability and the training given by the enterprises, and then gets the topic background and significance. On the basis of recollecting in the theory of competency, competency model for manager and the training researches on competency, a questionnaire is designed to make an investigation to the competencies of the Professional Managers and the current training situation. In the third part, on the questionnaire analyzed, summing up out a Professional Managers competency model. At last, by discussing the current main problems in the managers' training, this dissertation tries to give a detail on the establishing process and main construction of the Professional Managers' training system including training demand, training design and training evaluation based on the competency model. In the respect of training demand evaluation, it suggests using competency evaluation rating scale to investigate the training demand according to competency model. In the respect of training content it proposes that the competency should be divided into different levels, and should select the suitable training methods according to the difficulty and characteristics of each level.This dissertation leads competency model into the construction arriving at entire Professional Managers' training system, provides reference for the training of Managers, helps the domestic enterprises to improve the standardization and scientific, and to provide technique support of managers' training.The innovation of this paper lies in systematically discussing the competency theory and the application of correlative model in the entire Professional Managers' training process of enterprise. The innovation also lies in proposing the new idea and measure to improve managers' training. It is advantageous to expand there searching vision of Professional Managers' training theory, the applying field of the theory and methodology of characteristic theory. It is also advantageous to enhance the validity of Professional Managers' training.
