Connecting Entrepreneurial Failure Attribution And Entrepreneurial Learning Mode To Entrepreneurial Performance

Venture economy is flourishing, but the failure rate of start-ups is high, many successful entrepreneurs have had the experience of business failure. These not only reflect the rapidly changing has brought more competition in the information age, but also requires people to constantly update their knowledge exploration and learning patterns. Continue to learn from business failures and identify problems, find new opportunities in the entrepreneurial process, new challenges and new markets.Therefore, how to effectively learn from failure, thus achieving business success again, it is worthy of attention.This paper doing research through this method that combining empirical research and qualitative research, the experienced entrepreneurs who has the fail business experience as the research object, using questionnaires, received 118 valid questionnaires and using SPSS19.0 for data processing, to investigate the role of entrepreneurship in the learning mode of intermediary business failures due to the impact of re-start performance, mainly empirical following three issues:First, what is the impact of entrepreneurial failure attribution to re-start performance? Second, what is the impact of entrepreneurial failure attribution to select entrepreneurial learning mode? Third, whether the entrepreneurial learning mode play an intermediation role between entrepreneurial failure and re-start performance attribution?The results show that:(1)Entrepreneurial failure has a significant influence on the re-start performance, between Internal attribution and growth performance has a significant positive correlation; between external attribution and entrepreneurial innovation performance has a significant positive correlation;(2)Entrepreneurial failure has a significant influence on the entrepreneurial learning mode, between internal attribution and utilized study has a significant positive correlation;between external attribution and exploratory study has a significant positive correlation;(3)Entrepreneurial learning mode has an intermediary role in the entrepreneurial failure and the re-start performance, in which the utilized study plays agency role in the internal attribution and re-start performance; and exploratory study plays agency role in the external attribution and entrepreneurial innovation performance.
